Shipping and Freight Policy
Currently we only ship to the UAE but soon plan to expand to other GCC countries. The delivery will take 2-3 business days.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation with order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you. Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive an SMS from the courier company with the tracking details.
We do not ship on Fridays and UAE public holidays.
Three attempts for delivery will take place for each shipment after which if the
attempts fail due to consignee unavailability or rejection of the order then a
full delivery charge will apply as a return-to-origin charge
Shipping Rates
The below table outlines the shipping rates within the UAE

*If the weight of the parcel is more than 10kg, an additional AED 2 will be charged for each kg. (For example, if your parcel weight is a total of 15kg then your total delivery charge is AED 40).
Remote area delivery charges within the UAE will be AED 30 on top of basic delivery charges.
Return Policy
The Unseen does not offer free shipping on returns unless product arrives damaged or the wrong item(s) is shipped to you. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns without a valid reason or for item(s) no longer in their original packaging. Items must be returned unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order.
To initiate the return process, contact us at info@the-unseen.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for return request.
All delivery charges are non-refundable. The return shipping charges will incur the same charges as the delivery.
Refund will be applied on original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of item(s) to our warehouse.
This returns policy does not extend to products which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes or which are on sale or on a pre-order basis.

All prices on our website are in UAE Dirham (AED) and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state, provincial, and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
