No, The Unseen is an e-commerce company and therefore only sells products online.

We are open for collaborations and discussions, so please send an email to info@the-unseen.com explaining your requirements including the products and volumes.

MY ORDER

We receive new stock regularly, so please check the website regularly. Please keep in mind that some brands and products carry unique products so it may not be available for re-stock. We would love to accommodate your request so feel free to drop us an email on info@the-unseen.com with the product that you are interested in.

If you have an account, simply log in and select “Orders”. If you have not created an account, no worries! With every order, we send an order confirmation email which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all folders just in case it lands in the junk/spam folder. Also note, you can create an account anytime with the same email address used to place the order

Once the order is confirmed, we will package your whole order and the courier will send an SMS to the provided phone number with tracking information.

Feel free to reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express

Yes, we accept cash on delivery but kindly request you, where possible, to have the exact change. We do not accept any form of card payments on delivery

WELCOME21 promo code when you subscribe to our newsletter. The code can only be used on your first order. Offer cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or already discounted merchandise.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We endeavour to make this process as fast as possible for our customers and will assess the damage and reply to you within 24 hours. If we have approved and issued a refund, please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to appear back on your accounts.

All products are meticulously checked before shipment so only products which are broken or damaged during delivery are liable for a refund or exchange. Refunds will only be provided for defective goods if replacement is not an option. Refunds will be offered if the items have been delivered damaged, are incorrect or faulty.

We currently only deliver within the UAE, but plan to expand our reach with more countries in the GCC being added in the future

All products from various brands are consolidated before shipment.
